The Team

Built by people who've
done this before.

Four exits. Akamai's founding team. Thirty years of enterprise AI. This is not a first-time founding team.

The founding team

Two people who've spent their careers at the intersection of enterprise technology and financial services - and who built the proprietary engine that makes Kintera work.

Christian Klacko
Christian Klacko
CEO & Co-Founder
Christian has built and exited four companies across fintech and enterprise software. As a member of Akamai's founding team, he helped build one of the internet's foundational infrastructure layers. At Micronotes, he scaled the platform to over 200 financial institutions before its acquisition. He brings a rare combination of technical depth and enterprise go-to-market experience to Kintera - having sold to the same credit unions and banks that Kintera serves today.

Oleg Khodko
Oleg Khodko
CTO & Co-Founder
Oleg has spent 30 years building enterprise AI systems - long before it was called AI. At AspenTech, he architected production AI for some of the most complex industrial operations in the world. He holds patents spanning neural networks, interface translation, and software systems, and designed the proprietary Domain Specific Language at the core of Kintera's platform - the engine that converts human policy documents into verifiable, executable logic. He is the reason Kintera can do what no RPA or GPT wrapper can.
